Where no specific agreement exists, BOOLINOR retains copyright in all materials it produces and grants the client a non-exclusive licence to use those materials internally in connection with the systems for which they were produced.
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BOOLINOR makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability of the Website or its content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BOOLINOR disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
